2026 ICEDM Conference MAY 21-22
The non-refundable registration donation is
$500 per person. Registration covers two days
of stimulating presentations, round table
discussions and numerous networking
opportunities. Lunches and snacks are included.
An invite to the virtual conference will be sent after you register.
Virtual attendees will have access to cameras showing the presenter and slides, and audience view from the presenter perspective and from the rear. During socialization times you can meet up with other virtual attendees and analogue attendees in MIBO meeting rooms. Your questions can be relayed to the presenter by a moderator.
Sarah, Alexa and Mary will be available at specific times throughout the conference for scheduled one on one meetings with attendees. Topic(s) are your choice: catching up, getting know us better, career guidance, technical problems, etc. Sign ups will be available at the conference.
Please consider being a presenter at our 2026 conference. Topics should focus on environmental data management, borehole data management or other downhole data collection and management. Presentations should be educational in content. Attendees really respond to presentations that explain:

Presentations should on furthering ICEDM’s mission to educate data managers and share your experiences, not sales. Topic ideas: If you have a story to tell, but need assistance in developing the message, don't hesitate to contact the ICEDM Team for assistance. We are accepting presentation proposals until March 30, 2026.
